One organisation record, a new share image and honest sitemap dates

The structured data now describes Regingada once, on the home page, with its registered address, telephone and commercial register number; every other page refers to that record, and every content page carries its breadcrumb trail in the structured data. Shared links show a plain brand image instead of an old suite screenshot. sitemap.xml dates each page by its last change in content — on pages that show a review date, no later than that date — and the imprint carries its German text in the page source. On the home page, the about page and the AI Act role playbook, the AI Act references carry their application dates.

Related links, breadcrumbs and an “At a glance” box on the service pages

Each service page now links to related sector profiles, model cases, playbooks or the exposure calculator, where they fit, and the site footer has a new resources column. Sector profiles, model cases and playbooks show a breadcrumb trail; sector profiles and model cases link to one another. The German overview page became a service page with prices, like the English one. Most service pages open with a short “At a glance” box, and the GDPR, DSA, AI Act, NIS2, Data Act and DGA pages link the official text of the cited articles. The Data Act pages name the price bands of the price list (€1,480, €2,400 or €3,900 a year, net; large companies on request). On the AI Act pages the Art. 54 service comes before the note on Art. 22. The house fonts load as separate files instead of being embedded in the stylesheet.

Service pages instead of a comparison table, a page for US companies

The overview page for EU representation became a service page: per regime the legal basis, what Regingada takes over and the price, or that it is quoted individually. A new page addresses US companies that need an EU representative. Every service page closes with the same block on who holds the representative role, with its review date, and every page carries the full navigation. Titles and descriptions were rewritten, and sitemap.xml is generated from the repository instead of being maintained by hand. The draft marker on the exposure calculator was removed; its wording is final.

AI Act dates aligned with Regulation (EU) 2026/1744

Pages that describe the duties of the authorised representative for high-risk AI systems (Art. 22) now carry the postponed application dates: 2 December 2027 for Annex III systems, 2 August 2028 for Annex I systems. The duty to appoint an authorised representative for general-purpose AI models (Art. 54) is shown as applying since 2 August 2025, and the price list assigns that representative only its own task catalogue. The AI literacy page quotes Art. 4 in the version as replaced by the same regulation.

Portrait hero on phones, English as the opening language on regingada.com

The hero band of the home page now has its own 9:16 cut for phones and fills the full width of the screen instead of a narrow strip. In the same step the opening language follows the origin of the visit: regingada.com starts in English, cn.regingada.com in Chinese, independent of the browser setting.

Both home pages rebuilt on one continuous dark canvas

www.regingada.com and cn.regingada.com were rebuilt as a single continuous dark page with a fixed sequence of sections. The hero band carries its own looping video in English, German and Chinese.

Credibility audit applied across both sites

Every quantitative claim on the public pages was traced back to a source in the product or in the corpus; what could not be traced was removed or rewritten. The audit also sharpened the boundary lines between the software company and the law firm in the imprint and in the page footers.

Published corpus figures raised to the actual state of the product

The node and edge counts shown on both sites were read out of the running product again and corrected across every page, meta tag and structured-data block. The derivation is documented, so the figures can be checked against the corpus.

Data Act, PIPL, the transfer check and the cross-regulation layer went live

Three regimes and one linking layer shipped together: the Data Act and the Chinese PIPL entered the corpus as full regime modules, a wizard for cross-border transfers was added, and the curated cross-regulation resolutions became visible in the suite. The suite covers seven legal acts in seven cockpits from here on.

cn.regingada.com brought level with the main site

The Chinese site now carries the same inventory of pages as www: landing pages, prices, radar and the legal texts. It also gained a verification page that names the commercial register entry and the ways to check it.

Documentation of the Corpus API published

The read-only Corpus API has a public reference page: endpoints, tiers and the legal posture of the data. It is reachable on both domains.

Price list published

The prices for the suite and for appointed EU representation are on the site and can be read without a sales conversation. The list carries its own version number and date.

URL structure and page metadata rebuilt

The landing pages moved to speaking paths, canonical addresses and language alternates are set consistently, and the host matrix runs through a pre-deploy check.

132 editorial findings from the review worked in

A review of the suite produced 132 findings: norm citations, consent and reset behaviour, the demo path, the wording around fees and the guardrails around the AI prompts. All of them were worked in and deployed to both sites.

AI guardrail moved to the server; suite usable from the Chinese network

The rule set that keeps the AI assistant away from individual-case advice now sits on the server side and can no longer be bypassed from the browser. In the same step the assistant and the lookup for the representation credential became reachable from inside China.

Regingada Radar live, site structure rearranged around two contracts

The regulatory radar went live on both domains in English, German and Chinese: a dated timeline of what moved, each entry with its source and the corpus nodes it touches. In the same week the site structure was rearranged so that the two contracts stay apart — software and appointed representation from the UG, legal advice from the law firm under a separate mandate.
